This case study presents the successful implementation of the MobTrack24 solution for two clients with different goals in the field of electric mobility. Pošta Srbije, as the largest express delivery company in Serbia, operates a fleet of more than 1,000 vehicles, including over 100 electric vehicles. The goal of the project was to include EVs in the central fleet management system. Centrosinergija operates a fleet of more than 350 vehicles and uses the project as a basis for a cost-benefit analysis of electric vehicle adoption. In both cases, it was necessary to implement a solution that goes beyond standard GPS tracking and provides useful operational and analytical data.
Two projects, two clearly defined goals
For Pošta Srbije, the focus of the implementation was the integration of a fleet management system into a large fleet where electric vehicles are part of everyday operations, so that EVs could also be included in a unified monitoring and management system. For Centrosinergija, the focus was on analytical monitoring of electric vehicle usage. In that case, specific vehicle data was obtained, including high-voltage battery charging, electric motor operation, high-voltage battery state of charge, remaining driving range on the high-voltage battery, and the time remaining until high-voltage battery charging is complete. The solution supports data reading from more than 350 electric vehicle models.

Result: operational control and a foundation for decision-making
The implementation of these projects shows that MobTrack24 can meet different client requirements in the process of introducing and managing electric vehicles. At Pošta Srbije, the solution provides centralized monitoring of a large fleet in which EVs are integrated into a unified operational system. At Centrosinergija, the same project gains additional analytical value through specific data used to assess the cost-effectiveness and practical usability of electric vehicles. In this way, MobTrack24 confirms its value both as a platform for day-to-day fleet management and as a tool for making informed decisions about the further development of electric mobility.
