In cold chain logistics, deviations can occur in three phases: before receiving goods, during transport and after delivery. During the journey, the quality of the goods may be compromised due to improperly set temperature, unclosed doors, condensation or other changes in the cooling space. Even small temperature deviations can affect product quality, storage safety and compliance with customer or regulatory requirements.
Therefore, it is necessary to ensure reliable reading, transmission and storage of data on the conditions in the refrigerator during the entire delivery.
Technical solution for reading data from a thermograph
The solution is based on connecting the thermograph from the refrigerated trailer to the MobTrack24 platform via GPS/GNSS/IOT devices of the professional series. The thermograph measures the temperature and records data about the conditions in the trailer, while the GPS/GNSS/IOT device receives that data via the communication port and forwards it to the server. In this way, data on temperature, door status, alarms and event history become available in the MobTrack24 application. The Carrier DataCold 600, Thermo King Transcom 2 and Thermo King TouchPrint models are supported, which enables the application of the solution in various scenarios of transporting refrigerated goods.

Advantages for monitoring, analyzing and proving transport conditions
The application of this solution allows the fleet manager to monitor the conditions in the cold storage in real time and react immediately when deviations occur. If the temperature goes out of the defined range or the door remains open, it is possible to order timely corrective action and prevent damage to the goods. In addition to live monitoring, the system stores data history for later analysis, internal control and proof of transport conditions to customers, partners and regulatory bodies. This reduces complaints and operational risks, and increases delivery reliability, traceability and control over the cold chain.
