Record of costs per vehicle — with complete details
For each expense, it is possible to record key information: name of the person who made the expense, date, type of expense, unit price, quantity and total amount, supplier/service partner, customer (organizational unit of the user), invoice number and note. In this way, all costs are standardized and easily verifiable.
Categorization and cost control by type and supplier
Expenses can be managed by type (eg fuel, fine, antifreeze, toll...) and linked to suppliers (eg OMV and others). This gives you quick analytics: where the budget goes, what are the biggest sources of costs and how costs behave over time.
Reports by period and filters (all or selected)
The reporting system can generate reports for a selected time interval (day, week, month, quarter, year...) and display all costs or selected costs by vehicle, cost type or supplier. Reports can be named, saved and scheduled as needed through the system's standard reporting functions.
