Vehicle tracking sharing — secure location access through a timed link
MobTrack24 allows the user to share the tracking of one or more vehicles with other people via a hyperlink sent by email. Through the Sharing function, the user selects an arbitrary number of vehicles, specifies the validity period of the sharing or the start date of the access, and the recipient gets a simple way to track the assigned vehicles without accessing the entire platform. In this way, partners, clients, associates or other authorized persons can get a temporary insight into the movement of the vehicle, with full control over what is shared, when the sharing starts and how long it lasts.

Sharing one or more vehicles in several steps
The user opens the Sharing function in the web application, selects one or more vehicles and enters the recipient's email address. The system then generates a tracking link that allows viewing of selected vehicles only, without requiring the recipient to have a full user account in the system.
Control of duration and start of sharing
In addition to vehicle selection, the user can define the duration of sharing in minutes or hours, as well as the specific date from which sharing becomes active. This enables precise access control and adaptation to different scenarios — from short-term delivery tracking to temporary vehicle monitoring at a certain time interval.
Secure and time-limited tracking
When the defined period expires, the tracking link is no longer available. This prevents unlimited or permanent access and ensures that the share remains under the control of the user who created it.
