Multiple driver identification methods (according to company processes)
MobTrack24 supports different ways of identifying the driver, depending on the equipment and work organization: company cards, iButton, RFID tags, Bluetooth beacons, identification through the Android application, as well as entering the driver's ID through the numeric keypad. Thus, the identification easily fits into the existing procedures (entrance to the company, taking over the vehicle, shifts, work in the field).
Precise “drive → driver” mapping and reports
Each ride can be linked to a specific driver, which clearly distinguishes who drove which vehicle and when. The system enables reporting and analytics per vehicle and per driver, which facilitates control of the use of official vehicles, calculations, internal procedures and operational planning.
GDPR and privacy: depersonalization or personal data with the procedure
The user chooses the data processing model. If necessary, the system can work without storing personal data (eg only the unique ID of the employee), thus depersonalizing the records and additionally protecting privacy. When it is necessary to protect the driver's name, by properly applying procedures and access rights, it is possible to manage everything in accordance with GDPR and internal rules
