Creating and assigning tasks from the web application
The dispatcher or operator creates a task in the web application and assigns it to a specific vehicle, device or executor. A title, priority, pick-up location, delivery location, time frame and additional comment can be defined so that the field receives a clear and complete work order.
Acceptance, navigation and implementation in the MobTrack24 M application
The field operator receives the task in the MobTrack24 M application, reviews the details and accepts it directly from the phone. During the implementation, it can use the locations from the task for easier movement to the place of pickup and delivery, while the system records the progress status and allows the dispatcher to follow the execution flow.
Task completion with status and digital signature
Upon completion of the activity, the task is marked as completed, and if necessary, a digital signature is recorded as a confirmation of execution. In this way, a clear trace of when the task was accepted, how it was implemented and when it was formally completed is obtained.
